Warranty: Florida Warranty-Kopec Enterprises (KEI) warrants to the original owner, the Kopec heat pump to be free of defects in materials (parts) for a period of (5) years. Compressor for an additional five (5) years for a total of 10 years (limited) and lifetime warranties on the titanium heat exchangers. Kopec warrants their heat pumps for three (3) years for all workmanship and labor.
Outside the State of Florida - Kopec warrants their heat pumps installed outside the state of Florida for a period of two (2) years on parts and two (2) years for labor.
