I just had to write to you to let you know just how pleased we are with your company’s work. Having a 25 year old home with an old pool that badly needed updating is hard; but finding a company with quality products, such exquisite taste for the new design and large selection as yours is even harder.

Many of the companies in Tampa just don’t have the work ethic that Tropical Pools does. Your people showed on time and ready to work. Their attention to detail and clean up is truly unequalled as confirmed by our friends who mistakenly went with another company.

Also, I must mention the pool heater. Our kids love it! It has extended their swim season at least 2 months. The only problem I have with that is that now their friends are here more to swim. So, yes, I’m stocking up on pizza rolls and soda!

I have yet to come across a more helpful company in the pool supply business. They were able to answer all of my questions and helped me get the right unit for our new in ground pool. The Hayward HeatPro Heat Pump has been great and with the cold nights we are extremely grateful to still be using the pool.

Steve and Mary Mairano run a warm, friendly, personal business. Mary came to my home with tile, diamond brite finish samples and a true estimate in writing. Steven followed the job through its completion including written instructions for the best care of our new pool. Their employees were polite, courteous and professional. From start to finish this company has gone above and beyond my expectations.  The communication and care was excellent.  I had a spa motor and pool heater installed.  There was an unexpected issue with the city required permits.  Again here, they made this process as smooth and carefree for me as possible.  They did all the driving, calling and mailing.   There were issues with the pool heater and they were very attentive and responsive.  Scheduling techs to come out and handling every concern.  They even drove an hour from Jupiter to Boynton on more than one occasion to personally address the issues.  They are very pleasant to deal with, patient and responsible.  Would definitely recommend to anyone.
